Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

HypeChat provides fans with access to premium digital interaction services (e.g., highlighted messages, shoutouts, or creator responses). These are customized, non-tangible services rendered by verified content creators.

By making a purchase on HypeChat, users agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Cancellation Policy

For Fans:

Once a fan submits a paid message or interaction request, it cannot be canceled.

If the creator has not yet delivered the interaction, fans may reach out to support within 1 hour of payment to request a cancellation. Approvals are at the sole discretion of HypeChat and depend on delivery status.

For Creators:

Creators cannot cancel or refund transactions once they accept a fan's message. Failure to deliver promised interactions may lead to account suspension and reversal of funds to the fan.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only under the following conditions:

  • The content creator did not deliver the promised digital interaction within the intended stream/session.
  • The payment was made due to a technical error such as double charging or payment failure.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized use of a payment method is verified through proper investigation.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • User remorse or change of mind
  • Content delivery that does not meet subjective expectations
  • Delayed responses due to high queue or technical difficulties on the creator's side (unless not delivered at all)

4. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

  • Email support@hypechat.live within 24 hours of the transaction.
  • Provide your Transaction ID, Registered Email/Mobile, and reason for the refund request.
  • Our team will verify the claim and respond within 5–7 business days.

If approved, refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the bank/payment provider.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a user is dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, they may escalate the matter by writing to compliance@hypechat.live for a secondary review.

6. Modification

HypeChat reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updated policies will be posted on our website and will apply prospectively from the date of publication.
